- The item is returned in its original condition, unused, unmodified, and with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

- Clearance or promotional sale items labeled as “Final Sale”.
2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), BYTECRATE will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. BYTECRATE is not liable for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of partial returns, only the cost of the returned item will be refunded.
